  Welcom Rudolf Hersén!

  Rudolf will be working as a consultant in the areas of design and software development. He has many years of experience in software development, and during the last few years he has been working mainly with web applications, both with backend and frontend development. He has a deep interest in technology and enjoys learning and familiarizing himself with new areas and technologies. He is very quality oriented and considers Test-Driven Development to be essential to producing good code. Rudolf prefers to work in functional languages but has deep knowledge in several other languages as well, such as C and Java.

He has previously been working in several domains in roles such as system engineer, designer, system developer and research engineer in 3D-graphics and visualization. He has a deep interest in technology and enjoys learning and familiarizing himself with new areas and technologies. Marcus prefers to work in Java but has knowledge in several other languages as well, such as C++. He also has knowledge in operational development and project management.

  Nils will contribute with his vast experience and passion for information visualization to FindOuts development of products and solutions within the information and process visualization field. He will contribute with his knowledge within software development, Eclipse and software development in Java. Nils has an extensive background ranging from development, technical sales and education as well as consulting within the area of development tools for software. Nils special interest lies within development of solutions to visualize abstract concepts: how to present information to facilitate decision making and comprehension.

  Welcome Mattias Bertilsson!

  Mattias will work as a consultant in areas such as development tools, Eclipse, and software development in Java and C in general. Mattias has extensive experience of product development from several different positions, as software engineer, team lead, system architect and product manager, and has worked in areas as diverse as user interface design and realtime operating system kernels. Mattias is passionate about finding simple solutions to complex technical problems, but also about finding the balance between creativity and structure that allows ideas and people to thrive.

  “The System Anatomy – Enabling Agile Project Management”, a book about both system and project anatomies was released in early June.
  FindOut has contributed to the book with a chapter called “The Project Anatomy”, written by our employee Erik Blom, who normally supports organizations who want to apply the ideas of anatomies in their product development.
